Product & Sizing

What materials do you use, and how should I care for my clothes?

Our products are made with premium materials that balance comfort and performance. Specific care instructions can be found on each product page, but most items should be machine-washed cold and laid flat to dry.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may be restocked depending on demand. If a product you love is out of stock, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

Will the colors match what I see online?

We do our best to accurately represent each item, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.


Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Free shipping is available for orders of $99.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Start your return or exchange here. Items marked final sale are not eligible.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to offer them soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to check your order status at any time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes—Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Just select it at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify and uses industry-standard encryption to keep your information safe.

Can I use discount codes?

Yes! Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise noted.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may be able to help. Email us as soon as possible at support@beprimero.com and include your order number.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required, but creating one lets you track orders, save shipping info, and check out faster next time.

Do you offer a rewards or loyalty program?
