Return Window

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.


What’s Eligible

We can accept items that are:

  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With tags still attached

Returns are for store credit or an exchange—whichever works best for you.


What’s Not Eligible

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Socks and undergarments
  • Limited-edition drops
  • Orders shipped outside the U.S.

A Few Things to Know

  • We charge a small restocking fee of XYZ to help cover processing.
  • Return shipping is on you, unless we made a mistake with your order.
  • You’ll need your order confirmation email to get started.
  • Exchanges follow the same steps as returns.
