Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) via USPS or UPS.

• Expedited Shipping (2-day or overnight) available at checkout for an additional fee.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.

Domestic Shipping Only (for now)

At this time, Primero ships within the United States. International shipping is coming soon—stay tuned.

Carriers

Smaller orders ship via USPS. Larger orders ship via UPS. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery windows, which are outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Primero is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with order details if needed.
